Tip of the Week


Always eat flax oil with cottage cheese or yogurt. Use one tablespoon of flax oil for every quarter cup of cottage cheese or yogurt. Mix thorougly before ingesting. Read about Dr. Johanna Budwig, and you'll see why. ....................Matt

How is flax oil better than flax seeds? Or is it not better, just different?

Also, does eating flax oil with calcium (you mentioned yogurt or cottage cheese) help with it's absorption?
