More Lies About Vitamins

Here's a perfect example of why people don't watch CBS news. This lady has no idea what she is talking about. Vitamin E does not increase the risk of death. Beta carotene does not cause health problems like blindness. Vitamin C is excellent for heart disease, cancer, and the common cold. Supplements are not a waste of money. They prevent disease. Prescription drugs cause disease.

She doesn't know anything about nutrition and supplements. How do I know? Look at the supplements she has on the table. "Nature's Bounty" calcium is a brand you don't want. "Centrum" and "One a Day" are two of the worst multivitamins on the market. Walk over to the TV and turn the channel. CBS sold out long ago. .........Matt

Vitamins Save Lives

The propaganda machine is starting to roll again. "Vitamins can Kill" is another piece of journalistic mumbo jumbo used to deceive the public about the effectiveness of supplements. The flawed studies were financed by the pharmaceutical companies on dying patients using synthetic antioxidants. Adverse event reporting is set up to wipe out the supplement industry. Don't be manipulated into believing this story. Their goal is to brainwash the public, and increase profits.

Patients don't tell doctors about the supplements they take, because doctors don't know anything about nutrition. That's like asking me what it's like to go through menopause. I'll never know, and your doctor will never understand disease prevention. They're trained to sell drugs to treat symptoms, which makes lots of money for their Big Pharm buddies.

Also, it sounded like 85% of the reports involved ephedra, even though that supplement was banned a couple of years ago. The story was vague, biased, and laughable. Supplements are safe, but be smart about it. Too much of anything can have a negative effect. .................Matt

DMSO Combination Results

A couple of weeks ago, I told you that I'd be mixing DMSO with another supplement to erase years of sun damage. The results are in, and it worked better than I thought. This time, I used DMSO as the carrier mixed with another supplement. It was applied 3 times, 45 minutes each , in two days. I've never tried this combination before, and never in such a large area on my face. I'm happy with the outcome, but there's three more spots that I have to go back over. Remember, I only applied it 3x. The darker shades of damaged, brown skin need more attention (maybe 6 or 7 times max). I don't recommend covering that much skin with equal amounts of the gel. It becomes too hard to tell which ones were the darkest to begin with.

I think you can tell in the picture that the gel only effected the sun damaged portions on my forehead. The pain was minimal. It kind of felt like when you put "BenGay" on your forehead when you have a headache.....lots of stinging, but you forget about how much your head hurts. It really wasn't that bad. It's like having a sunburn for a couple of days. Big deal. Use tamanu oil to speed up the healing process.

So, 90% DMSO alone can do the job in an average of 10 days. DMSO mixed with the mystery supplement can do it 50% faster. That's unbelievably quick, and all for under a dollar.

Desperation

The IP6 let me down yesterday. It barely worked, and I felt miserable most of the day. I couldn't wait to go to sleep last night. To make matters worse, a mother and daughter came in the store looking for a good multivitamin. I found out a short time later that she had inoperable brain cancer. Her doctor told her that surgery, chemo, and radiation was not an option and sent her home.

The woman is a mother of four young children, and I didn't see a wedding ring on her finger. Her financial situation is a huge concern because it leaves her with very little money for supplements. I gave her as much information as I could for 45 minutes. Another gentleman who has cancer in his liver and kidney was waiting to talk to me, but he left before I had a chance to speak to him. She bought a multivitamin and a box of green tea. No matter how bad you have it, there's always somebody who has it worse. .............Matt

The USDS Goes Nuts

California almond growers are suing the USDA to stop the pasteurization of "raw" almonds. The ruling earlier this year designed to put small, organic companies out of business, is meant to benefit large corporations and deceive consumers. Folks, there is a difference between raw nuts, and nuts sprayed with propylene oxide, which is listed as a possible carcinogen by the International Agency on Cancer Research. Almonds are already expensive. If you really want a raw almond, they'll have to be imported now, driving the price up even further. ...........Matt

More Cancer

Two customers with cancer came in this week. (brain cancer and cancer of the esophagus) The gentleman with brain cancer was looking for AHCC (Active Hexose Correlated Compounds) The supplement is processed from the mycelia of certain mushrooms which stimulates the production of NK cells and killer T-cells. After talking with him, I found out that he was a heavy cell phone user.

That New Carpet Smell Again

We're still thinking about purchasing new carpet for our house, but the chemicals have me worried. Inhaling toxic chemicals every day can cause serious health problems, so you need to be careful about the brand you choose. I've touched briefly on this subject before, but it doesn't hurt to talk about it again.

There are things you can do to prevent the dangerous effects of off-gassing. Buy an air filter, don't have new carpet installed during the winter because you need to open the windows to have the rooms aired out, or better yet, select organic carpets. Even certain species of plants can clean the air.

RA Drugs Cause Lethal Fungal Infections

The FDA is at it again.... approve dangerous drugs, and later on, after their Big Pharma buddies make billions of dollars, act like the hero by warning the public that those new drugs they approved, are actually harmful... Then, the FDA comes down hard on the pharmaceutical companies by forcing them to change the color of their label. Ouch!

The drugs I'm referring to are Enbrel, Remicade, Humira and Cimzia. All four of these are rheumatoid arthritis drugs that weaken the immune system, so the immune system doesn't attack and inflame the joints. Unfortunately, when you shut the immune system down, your body can't fight infections or cancer. In the article, they specifically talk about a dangerous fungal infection that has killed close to 50 people so far. I'm sure the body count is much higher than that, but we'll have to wait a few more years until they can't hide it any longer.

If you have visited this site in the past, then you already know that my dad has RA. He chooses to ignore my advice because he is brainwashed by the media and still thinks his doctor's recommended treatment is beneficial. He's taking one of those four drugs. It doesn't matter which one it is because they're all junk. However, I have to admit that Cimzia is a very sexy name. So sexy, in fact, that Sarah Palin is considering naming her next child Cimzia.

A couple of weeks ago, my dad had an infection and was given heavy doses of antibiotics to "cure" him. Last week, I gave him some probiotics because his doctor failed to mention the importance of good bacteria. He asked me if there were any side effects. I laughed. Do you mean side effects like weakening your immune system so you're sick off and on throughout the year? Side effects like bacterial, fungal, and viral infections that seem normal to you after years of bad medical advice?

One of these days, I'll convince him to change his diet and use herbs and supplements to support his immune system. Right now, he is heading down the wrong path. ...........Matt

DMSO Tag Teams Sun Spots

It's that time of year when you have to break out the DMSO and erase poor sun bathing decisions. DMSO will melt sunspots in 2-3 weeks, but the lingering scabs on your face make it look like you just got back from a hunting trip with Dick Cheney.

This news video clip was actually decent. A doctor discusses effective supplements that keep your heart healthy. It's only two minutes long, so I'm sure he didn't have enough time to get into some other beneficial heart supplements. Resveratrol, CoQ10, and hawthorne berry extract are just as good, if not better. Try to find a product that contains 3-4 of these ingredients (that includes the three that the doctor talks about) so you can keep your pill count down.
