Breathe In And Eat What You Want

Last night's seminar was very interesting. I'll try to explain how it works, but you'll be better off talking with the doctor. It works like this. Everything you can think of has a frequency. It can be milk, dust mites, goldenrod, wheat..... it doesn't matter....everything vibrates and emits a unique signature frequency. After your initial testing which determines your sensitivities, those frequencies, which cause a negative response in your body, are downloaded in the software and programmed into this laser device. The laser runs from your nose, up over your head, and down your spine. The technique releases endorphins which create a positive neurological experience to allergens your body normally reacts harshly to.

Revenge Of The Chicken Pox

One of our employees went home sick today with the chicken pox. This is the second time she's had the condition, and apparently, other family members have also had it more than once. What are the odds of getting it twice in a lifetime? Well, I've done the math on this question, and the answer is an astonishing zillion to one.

I would not consider getting the vaccine. You'll be injected with a weak chicken pox virus that will probably make you sick for a day or two, and it doesn't always work. She left without taking any supplements, but I'm sure she'll be fine. It will be interesting to see what her doctor recommends when she comes back in next week.

Hoop, There It Is

I friend of mine has been hula hooping for exercise, and he's lost over 30 lbs. Yes, an over sized plastic ring is the newest fad for weight loss. I can't imagine him shaking his hips, so I asked him to post the video on YouTube. Unfortunately, it's not going to happen, but there's no doubt it's working.

Hula hooping isn't just for girls anymore. The exercise really works the lower abdominal area burning up to 100 calories in 10 minutes. Now you can flatten your stomach without struggling through those annoying sit ups. I suggest buying a weighted hula hoop. It's much easier that way. The wife bought one the other day, and she loves it. I tried it, and I'm embarrassed to say that I'm a natural. My favorite place to "hula" is in my front yard so all my neighbors can make fun of me.

Combine this high intensity workout with a low carb diet while watching reruns of the "Golden Girls", and your belly fat will disappear before you know it. .....................Matt

The Squalene Squeal

Mainstream media, along with their Pharma buddies, continue to unload a big pile of propaganda to scare you into taking the harmful pandemic vaccine this fall. Headlines like "Supplies Running Low", "Don't Forget About Swine Flu," and "40% Of The World Will Get Swine Flu In A Year"are popping up on TV and in the newspaper. The newest headline, which is more terrifying than the virus, tells the unconcerned public "Governments Will Fast-track Testing of Swine Flu Vaccine". The government is going to test it on a few hundred people for a month or two(volunteers will actually be given placebos so there will be no reported side effects) and it will be declared safe and effective for babies, pregnant women, and sheeple.



Well, I had brief conversation with a local high school teacher the other day. She was trying to find a good, natural anti-viral for the upcoming school year. I brought up the swine flu dilemma,(remember, schools are to be the main "points of dispensing") and she explained that,....... she was told 'not to talk about it'. It reminds me of that horrible Brad Pitt movie, "Fight Club". The first rule of fight club, is 'don't talk about fight club'. Parents, I'd seriously think about homeschooling, because they're going to jab your kids without your permission. Before the teacher left, I had her convinced to reject the shot. I'll pat myself on the back for that one.

The main problem with this swine flu vaccine is the same problem that all vaccines have. It's the adjuvants. Adjuvants are cheap components used to stretch the active ingredient. And it looks like the preferred adjuvant in this "vaccine" is squalene. Normally, squalene is very safe, until it is injected in you bloodstream. It creates an immune response that never stops, causing auto-immune diseases and eternal suffering. You'll end up a Big Pharma slave for the rest of your life.


Remember the Gulf War veterans who mysteriously developed Gulf War Syndrome after returning home, and are now ignored by the media and covered up by the military. Those soldiers fell victim to the harmful effects of squalene.

This fall, the bogus swine flu vaccine will be voluntary or mandatory. Resist it and self shield.

Stop Motion Sickness

I think I mentioned that our twins get car sick all the time. They can only handle 10 minutes of traffic light infested city driving, or 30 minutes of highway driving in a straight line. It's a good excuse to stay home, but it's a burden at times. Yesterday, I took them on a little road trip to try out a natural motion sickness product. It was a risky decision, but everything turned out all right. I used a product called "MotionEaze" that is made of 100% all-natural essential oils.(lavender, peppermint, birch, frankincense, chamomile, myrrh, and ylang-ylang)

You just rub one or two drops of oil into the soft area of your head just behind each ear lobe, and then sit back and watch the magic happen. Swine Flu PSA Contest

Will Pickles Be Banned By The FDA?

I don't allow pickles on my property under any circumstances, but apparently some people may actually benefit from them. You can use pickle juice to prevent legs cramps if you have a strong enough stomach. They say the salty brine fixes the problem quickly as long as it's not full of corn syrup. Cheap brands add HFCS to everything, so avoid those, and buy only "real" nasty pickles in a jar.

A guy told me about the juice trick the other day, but I'm sure this folk remedy has been around for a long time. Try it the next time your legs seize up. ...........Matt

Anonymous, there's plenty of toothpaste out there without fluoride, but look closely, because even some "natural" ones contain the chemical. And don't forget about what you drink every day. Water fluoridation is common in many cities in the U.S. because we're told that it will make our chompers shiny and white. Instead, it poisons us slowly.

Free, With The Purchase Of A Plane Ticket

With all the talk about health care reform, I though I'd share a story that I heard yesterday. I was listening to a show on satellite radio, and the producer of the program explained to the audience that he took his family on a trip to Italy for their summer vacation.

While there, a family member's ear became infected after spending too much time in the ocean. The earache pain worsened, so they found a local doctor from the small village they were vacationing at. The doctor checked him out, wrote a prescription, and didn't charge them for the visit. It didn't cost them anything.

Medical care is free in Italy, just like it is in other developed nations, and it's also free for tourists. As it turns out, by the time they left the doctor's office, it was 10:30pm.(and it was on a Sunday night) The pharmacy was closed, but there was an "after hours" phone number on the door. They made the call, and a few minutes later, the owner opened the shop and filled the prescription for $4.

Europeans call Americans "suckers", and most of us are. We all have a right to be healthy without going broke, and we should accept nothing less. The current path to health care reform is paved with pharmaceutical lobbyists and crooked politicians that must be stepped on. Once we accomplish that, we can finally stop paying to live.

Allergy Cure?

Make that four companies that I know of that have crumbled before Codex. "Rainbow Light" joins the other three from yesterday.

Folks, it looks like there may actually be an allergy cure, ........... everything airborne and even food allergies. There are no supplements to take, and no surgery involved. Colon hydrotherapy anyone? You know what I'm talking about, and you've probably considered it. I think about irrigating my large intestine at least once a year, but I've never taken the plunge. Lyme Disease Is Here To Stay

I spoke with a lady suffering from Lyme Disease on Friday. She explained that a "bug" crawled into her ear while she was working in her garden. She didn't think much of it at the time, and assumed that the insect found it's way out later that day.

While cleaning out her ear with a Q-tip, she pried loose a deer tick infected with Lyme Disease. The tick's bite, and subsequent infection, caused significant neurological issues in addition to the common symptoms associated with Lyme.

She has improved with heavy doses of antibiotics and supplements, but she still has a lot of problems to overcome.

For some reason, many doctors don't believe Lyme Disease exists in Illinois. It often goes misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, and the flu. Get tested if you believe you have it. It's much more common than you think.

Southern Dieting Tips

The results of the CDC obesity study are in, and Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee are the fattest states in the nation. Almost one out of every three adults down South are considered obese, and the children didn't fair much better. You can blame the epidemic on poverty, lack of education, and poor eating habits. Or, maybe they eat dinner too late and refuse to exercise. I don't know, but the high rates of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer, prove that changes need to be made.

Take some tips from trainer Jillian Michaels, and maybe, just maybe, your state will be a little bit lighter next year.

"For those with large amounts of weight to lose, it's about confronting internal demons. That type of self-destructive behavior is psychologically motivated. When it comes to 10-30 lbs, the key is to eat clean. Increase the intensity of your training. Don't undereat. Create no more than a 700-calorie deficit a day for women, and a 1,000 calorie deficit for men. Exercise burns calories and we all know that weight loss is an energy equation. Exercise also helps to rev metabolism by releasing fat-burning hormones like testosterone, DHEA, and HGH, and it inhibits fat-storing hormones like cortisol. Last, exercise helps to build and maintain lean muscle mass, which helps increase metabolic function."
