Organic A to Z cooks bell peppers VIDEO
Organic A to Z "Cooks Bell Peppers"
This guy has uploaded only a few videos to YouTube, but he's really great at presenting organic cooking segments. Very entertaining, he holds your interest and makes it fun to learn.
I posted his video on Cooking Eggplant (in June of 2007). It's nice to see he's still at it, in his own inimitable creative way.
Gregory Schaefer is on PlanetGreen now: Organic A to Z.
If you'd like to see videos of how to prepare and cook organic meals or healthy dishes, please contact us and we'll either find such videos, or perhaps make our own!

People on Twitter Who Discuss Organic Foods
Twitter is a great way to interact with people.
It's a micro-blogging tool that's being used for breaking news, posting links to interesting web pages, asking questions, cracking jokes, sharing insights, promoting business, improving customer service, and just being social. It can be fun and rewarding in many ways.
Critics say Twitter is a waste of time, nothing but trivial personal messages. These naysayers haven't looked into how business, scholars, professionals, and news organizations are successfully using Twitter.
These spurious critics, who just glance at things and react impulsively, said the same thing about the telephone, email, and blogs. It all depends on what you put into it, what you share, how you interact with others, and who you Follow.
Some people are nice but boring. Some are profound. Some are funny. Some are politically opinionated. It's the same mix as in real life, except you can control whose tweets you see, by Blocking those you dislike and Following those you like. You can eventually acquire a lot of valuable insights and great online friendships via Twitter.
If you have a blog, once you build a large Following, you can post tweets that link to your blog posts, and drive more traffic to them. That's called SEO Search Engine Optimization.
Each message or "tweet" is limited to 140 characters, but you can send several messages to complete a complex thought or query. Use RT @username to ReTweet (quote and post again) the messages by other people that you like. Other Twitter users will do the same for you.
Private messages are delivered via DM (direct message) and only that one selected person will see it.
As with any online community or blog, you'll run into trolls, flamers, abusers, spammers, fanatics, nutjobs, and silly people who make no sense. Just click on their username to visit their profile, then click on Block. That will take their tweets off your timeline and they won't be able to see yours either.
You can find out if specific companies are on Twitter by visiting Twit4
For more information on Twitter netiquette, how to's, and tips, go to the Twitter Fan Wiki.
Sign up for a free Twitter account, then use the Search box to locate Twitter users with similar interests. Just type in "organic", "health food", "vegetarian", "alternative medicine", "herbal", "NASA", "Obama", "Sarah Palin", "Haiti", "Bible", "techno", or other keywords related to what you care about and like to discuss.
Here are some Twitter users discovered by using the TweetScan search box.
Judge for yourself if they're interesting and worth following.
When you click on the username (jesslyntanady, KimLane529, BeOrganicLife, etc.), you'll go to a recent tweet by them. If you want to view more of their messages, visit their profile by clicking on that same username below the tweet.
If you click on the avatar (image or photo) of a Twitter user below, you'll go right to their profile page and see all their latest tweets.
